Deep Cleaning
Pre-Cleaning Instructions
Review the details below to ensure a smooth preparation for your upcoming Deep Cleaning service!
Be proactive to avoid additional fees, and feel free to reach out to our office with any inquiries.
General
Clear surfaces and floors of clutter
Move furniture if needed so we can access behind and underneath
Secure or remove any valuables or fragile items
Unlock all rooms that are part of the cleaning for full access
Keep pets and children safely out of the way during cleaning
Kitchen
Store all perishable food and clear off countertops
Remove items from stovetop, kitchen floor, and around appliances
Empty sink and dishwasher if included (we can load dishwasher if selected as an extra)
If fridge is to be cleaned, turn it off and fully defrost any ice in advance
If oven is to be cleaned and has self-clean mode, run it the night before cleaning
If cabinets are to be cleaned, remove items from inside cabinets
Bathrooms
Clear all items from countertops and toilet tops
Remove items from shower, tub, and floor
If cabinets are to be cleaned, remove items from inside of cabinets
Flush all toilets and ensure no bodily fluids are present
Bedrooms
Put away clothes and personal items
Clear off dressers, nightstands, and other surfaces
Remove shoes and clear bedroom floors
Clean inside closets and organize belongings
Additional Considerations
Remind the cleaning team of any specific concerns you discussed with the office
Ensure selected extras (ex. Appliance Deep Cleans, Windows, Blinds, Garage, Etc.) are communicated to the cleaning team
